Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available across most pin codes in India. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery location.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video so we can help quickly.
Are these products natural and authentic?
Yes. Our Rudraksha, Karungali, gemstone, and manuscript lines are sourced and finished with authenticity as the priority. We do not use synthetic bead substitutes presented as natural stone.
Are crystals and Rudraksha energised?
Products are prepared with devotion and respectful ritual intent. Spiritual experiences are personal — we present tradition honestly and never claim medical outcomes.
How long does shipping take?
Most domestic orders dispatch within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 days depending on your pin code. You will receive tracking once the shipment is live.
