Eligible returns

We accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery.

A complete unboxing video is required to process these requests fairly for both devotees and our artisans.

Change-of-mind returns, worn jewellery, and products without the original packaging may not be eligible.

Sacred manuscripts opened beyond inspection may be non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.

Approved prepaid refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

COD refunds are processed via bank transfer after we receive your account details.
